We also employ an artisanal preparation to obtain our Classic Class blend, a result of a mix of various species, always singularly roasted at medium temperatures, this way we can obtain a completely uniform cooking, a homogeneous roasting and that typical “friar tunic” or “toasted bread” color. The result in the coffee mug is a very rich, pasty coffee with a rich and fragrant, a fruity and floral aroma.
