What’s the Right Machine?

Excellent coffee needs the right equipment. Here’s what we recommend for professionals:

- Espresso machines (manual) – still the best choice for full control and top quality. Perfect extraction, every time.

- Pods (E.S.E. pads) – ideal for small businesses, B&Bs, or hotels with self-service. They’re clean, easy to use, and still deliver the full espresso experience – with true Martella flavour.

- Automatic machines? We don’t recommend them for professional use. While convenient, they simply don’t match the taste quality. And your guests deserve the best.

- Capsule machines? That trend has passed.
