An excellent decaffeinated espresso
To make it, we use an innovative, 100% natural, decaffeination method using warm water only. Through a several “washes” of the coffee beans and with repeated active carbons filtering aimed to raise the temperature, the caffeine extraction process is activated avoiding the employ of chemical additives. This is how a blend with an exceptional taste is born, thanks to our artisan low temperature, slow roasting method exclusively used for this type of coffee that shows an intense and homogeneous dark color.
